The study that was conducted by a team of researchers at Louisiana State University that people who had eggs for their breakfast did not feel hungry for longer times. The people tend to be satisfied and so stay from other foods that could make them gain more weight.

So if you want to start losing weight without undertaking any hard diet just start incorporating eggs in your breakfast and find the results yourself.
