There are many varieties of heart problems and diseases that occur in case of human beings. Some of the 5 common such diseases are illustrated below:

Congestive heart problem

This is caused mainly as a result of pulmonary action. The blood passing from heart to the lungs may get obstructed inside the lungs leading to increased pressure. The blood is not pumped in to the heart which causes this malady.

Coronary heart disease

Coronary heart disease is one of the popular reasons for heart attacks. The inside layer of the heart muscles narrows up and cause lesser flow of blood in the heart that causes this ailment and thus leads to heart attack.
