Having beautiful eyes in inborn but eyesight is something which you can protect and keep it good throughout your life. There are some routine things which you should follow in order to have good eyesight. De stressing is an important issue, which helps in a lot of problem.
Protect your eyes, wear sunglasses, and do not stare at sun with naked eyes. Constant exposure increases pigmentation in eyes causing a discoloration known as sunshine cataract.
Exercise your eyes; focus your eyes on the tip of your nose, or on the “third eye” without blinking as long as possible and put them on rest. Without turning your head focus your eyes on both your shoulders rotate it and exercise your eyes, they too become tired.
Close your eyes and put your palms on your eyes and breathe deeply this will help in visual concentration.
Routine check up with a doctor helps a lot but it is up to you to take care of your eyes, doctors will only prescribe eye drops and warn you but if you don’t have it in you then you better donate your eyes to some people who will understand its worth.
