Indian families are accustomed to touching feet; no matter how much less bothered you stay about your feet people around you might not think the same, good feet is also a sign of good hygiene. There are certain basic and easy steps you can take to keep your foot clean:

Wash your feet everyday especially before going off to bed, it is necessary not only you keep your bed linen clean but you take away you’re all day’s dirt. Drying your feet is also necessary so that it does not breed bacteria. Put on the right socks which soak your sweatiness and keep your feet dried. Shoes should not be too tied or tight. Avoid shoes made of plastic, keep your toe nails trimmed and clean and try to be barefoot so that you’re feet can feel the earth. Foot odor can be cured very easily, apply anti septic creams, powders and were shoes with good air circulation, mentholated spirits if applied twice a day will give a good smell to your feet. Eating wisely also is necessary; avoid eating garlic, ginger, pepper that gives this powerful smell and aroma which gets to the feel easily.

Staying calm also helps as stress and anxiety increases sweat which turn produces odor. So relax and enjoy.
