4. Have a heavy breakfast, which will enable you to energize the start of your day and will also save you from the sudden bouts of hunger, thus keeping you away from some harmful fast foods.
5. Have a very light dinner.
6. Take a bath in lukewarm water and put on some soothing music before going to bed. These relaxing techniques will help you fall asleep easily. A good night’s sleep is very important for a healthy body and a healthy mind.
7. Inhale and exhale deeply, whenever possible. This discipline helps one to de-stress. It also helps in the proper functioning of the respiratory tract.
