1. Sit in a good posture with a straight back.
2. Keep moving the body parts as much as possible.
3. After every 30 to 40 minutes, try to relax and stretch the body.
4. Do a few simple exercises, like the following, at your workstation

Lift yourself from your seat, pushing your chair back and straightening your arms. Then, straighten the upper part of your body taking five deep breaths. This should be repeated every 40 minutes. Hold the back of your chair with your right hand and keep the left palm on your right thigh. Then apply a little pressure to twist the upper half of your body. Repeat this on the other side. Exhale while you stretch and inhale while you sit normally.
