A Question: How many bones has the human Leg??

Herbal Remidies

Herbal remedies are often explored by people who don’t want to head straight to the doctors whenever they get the sniffles. After they can be helpful, inexpensive, and easily administered, so why not give then a try? At least that’s how some of us feel and so must you, if you’ve clicked this article.

This is all well and good but there are a few things you must remembered when you’re trying out herbal alternatives. To begin with you must be aware of your own allergies. We don’t want you to take anything for a runny nose and end up with a runny bottom instead. Whenever you are planning to test out anything new you should always try a little bit at first to see how you are going to react. Be this by spreading a little bit on your skin or only having a spoonful always exercise caution.

Secondly of all, I would like to clarify how you go about using these particulars. While you can go to a certain kind of store or decide to take these herbs in pill form (many of them come that way if you search vitamins) most of these work best when fresh and whole. If you manage to find them in such a state you will have to know how to properly prepare them without ruining the herb.

There are four common ways to prepare raw herbs. Even with knowing how to do it properly it will take quite a bit of practice to get your mixtures just right, so don’t fret if they don’t come out perfect the first time. The important thing is to practice often and remember that anything you take into your body should be catered to your specific tastes as you are the one who will have to use it.

METHOD ONE

Dried: In order to dry one of these items, simply allow it to sit in an unsealed container outside in the sun until all moisture has left it. Then you have the option of grinding it into a powder in order to distribute it over other foods, or eating it raw.

METHOD TWO

Pasted: Take item and place it into any kind of bowl. Use mashing objects such as your fingers (if it is soft enough) or a spoon in order to grind it into a paste. WATER may be added in small amounts so that the object is mashed but not turned into soup.

METHOD THREE

Drained: In this method you are simply going to consume the liquid, sap, or pollen that comes from the center of the object. The outer shell should be disposed of as directed (some may be eaten, some it is not necessary to do so).

METHOD FOUR

Boiled: This object should be made into a tea! You will never have to boil something and then consume it in any other way.

Armed with these methods you should be able to use any herbs you find to your greatest advantage.
